Current Classes
I'll be taking a break from all studio and gym classes from April 2024. I have some availability for Private Group Sessions or One-To-Ones (in person or online)- please email me to arrange 😊
Where to start?
There are so many types of yoga! I take inspiration from various movement and stillness practices to create balanced, accessible and fun sessions. Variations are offered to help everyone get the most from our time together. Beginners are welcome at all classes 😊
Vinyasa
Movement Practice
Wiggle yourself happy! Vinyasa flow is a great way to shake of sluggishness and fatigue. We connect breath and movement for a focussed, fun and fluid yoga session. You'll learn new poses and transitions, stress-busting breathwork and turn your frown upside down with a chance to try some awesome inversions.
Yin
Stillness practice
The organised nap! Yin yoga safely targets the joints and connective tissues through passive poses to improve mobility and dissolve tension. We then support the body into full relaxation in a restorative pose, maintaining a soft awareness as you dance along the edge of sleep. This practice is amazing for relieving or preventing burn-out. If you’re not used to being still, it can be challenging... but I promise it’s worth it 😉
Hatha
Movement practice
Hatha is a dynamic and refreshing way to connect with your body. We explore movement, breath and mindfulness- a great way to reset, let go of what no longer serves you, and move with intention to the week ahead.
Yin Yang
Movement & stillness practice
A session combining long holds in passive postures (yin) with gentle vinyasa-style movement (yang). By allowing space for you to lean into what serves you, this yoga style is very versatile, accessible and nourishing.
